Affordable and quality health care is hard to find for low-income individuals and families. Without consistent health care and early prevention, minor conditions blossom into life-threatening ones and people spend more money at the doctor or in the emergency room.
HECC provides a low-cost dental clinic, HIV/AIDS Prevention and health education outreach. Examples of community health outreach includes blood pressure screenings, pre-natal classes, free flu shots, and health fairs – all conducted by our Community Health Workers.
